DECEMBER 1999
Journalist Thane Peterson of businessweek.com toured Progressive's Cleveland headquarters with Curator Toby Devan Lewis and wrote an article on the Progressive Art Collection. "Note that you must have Internet access to read the article."

MAY 1998
The New Museum in New York, NY honored Toby Devan Lewis, Peter Lewis and the Progressive Corporation for their continuing commitment and contributions to the spirit of creativity and the contemporary society. The collection has grown to be one of the most important corporate contemporary art collections.

MAY 1996
The Association of Professional Art Advisors gave Progressive a first-ever award honoring its "significant contribution in bringing the visual arts and creative experience to the work environment."

Governor's Award for the Arts in Ohio in the category of Business Support of the Arts.

Art & Auction magazine in a survey of 101 active Corporate Art Collections listed the Progressive Corporation among the five top collections in the country. They referred to the collection as "quirky and intellectual--making it one of the country's most refreshing."
